We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team in the dynamic MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. This is a 24/7 business – and we need someone who’s flexible, responsive, and always thinking two steps ahead. Responsibilities: Sales Proactively generate leads, pitch to corporate clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed business Build strong client relationships and understand their event needs inside and out Develop compelling proposals and presentations customized to client goals Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow market presence Operations Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth work flow Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and event deliverables under tight deadlines Be on-call during live events to troubleshoot and ensure smooth delivery, anytime, anywhere Be prepared for overseas travels.
