LIB Therapeutics is a growing pharmaceutical company focused on cardiovascular disease. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Manager, Brand Communications to help bring our brand strategy to life through impactful marketing, promotional, and educational initiatives.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial organization where you will have meaningful ownership, broad exposure, and the ability to take projects from concept through execution. You will work across promotional campaigns, sales force materials, speaker programs, congresses, digital initiatives, peer-to-peer education, and patient engagement.

If you are an execution-oriented pharmaceutical marketer who enjoys moving between strategy and hands-on delivery, this role at LIB Therapeutics offers the chance to make a visible impact.

What You'll Do

Lead promotional execution

  • Execute brand tactics aligned with annual objectives and launch priorities.
  • Develop and manage healthcare professional promotional materials, including visual aids, leave-behinds, emails, digital assets, and sales training resources.
  • Support patient education and disease-awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects across agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep initiatives on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Support the sales organization

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify field needs and develop effective promotional tools.
  • Update sales materials in response to market insights, competitive activity, and new clinical data.
  • Help plan and execute national sales meetings and product training initiatives.
  • Gather field feedback and recommend improvements to messaging and tactics.

Manage speaker programs and educational initiatives

  • Lead the operational execution of speaker bureau and peer-to-peer education programs.
  • Coordinate speaker training materials, presentation updates, and program logistics.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to support scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to congress planning and customer engagement opportunities.

Drive digital and omnichannel marketing

  • Manage digital marketing tactics that support healthcare professional engagement.
  • Coordinate email campaigns, website updates, CRM-related initiatives, and digital content development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with agency partners to deploy effective omnichannel tactics.

Lead cross-functional projects

  • Bring together Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Legal, Market Access, and Operations stakeholders to advance commercial initiatives.
  • Support Medical-Legal-Regulatory review processes and manage approval timelines.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Anticipate risks and develop practical solutions that keep projects moving.

Bring market insights into the work

  • Monitor competitor activity, promotional trends, and emerging developments in the cardiovascular market.
  • Gather and synthesize field insights to support tactical planning.
  • Assist with market research and customer-feedback analysis.

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of pharmaceutical industry experience in product marketing, brand management, sales support, promotions, or agency account management.
  • Experience developing and moving pharmaceutical promotional materials through Medical-Legal-Regulatory review.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a lean organization.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, Medical Affairs, regulatory, and external agency partners.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in cardiovascular disease, lipid management, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Product launch or pre-launch experience.
  • Familiarity with speaker bureau management and congress planning.
  • Experience supporting digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and promotional regulations.

Who Will Thrive at LIB Therapeutics

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Highly organized and focused on execution.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and tactical delivery.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity.
  • A collaborative partner who can influence across functions.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and personally drive projects forward.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for people living with cardiovascular disease.

Why This Opportunity

At LIB Therapeutics, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of brand and commercial initiatives rather than being limited to one narrow area. You will join a small-company environment where initiative matters, collaboration is essential, and your work can have a direct and visible impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $165,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LIB Therapeutics range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
