# Metal Framing & Drywall Project Manager **Apex Walls Builders Inc.** · Chino, CA 91710 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Metal Framing & Drywall Project Manager to oversee multiple projects including mixed-use apartments buildings, hotels, T.I.s, ground ups, etc. We are a fast-growing construction company looking to build a strong, dependable team that can support our continued growth. Responsibilities - Review contracts, scopes of work, plans, and specifications. - Prepare material takeoffs, obtain supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, and order materials. - Coordinate with field teams and general contractors to maintain project schedules and resolve issues. - Manage project budgets, labor costs, and overall profitability. - Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders (CORs), T&M tickets, and other project documentation. - Attend project meetings and coordinate schedules with general contractors. - Track project progress and ensure all required paperwork is completed and organized. Requierements: - Experience managing metal framing and drywall projects valued from $10,000 to $5 million. - Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam. - Familiarity with BuzzBid, OST, and QuickBooks preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required. Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
