We are hiring a Metadata & Data Catalog Consultant for a leading client to support an enterprise data governance programme.

What you’ll do

• Implement and configure Informatica data catalog and governance tools (EDC, Axon, CDGC)
• Scan and onboard metadata from databases, data warehouses, data lakes, BI and cloud sources
• Build end-to-end data lineage and impact analysis
• Set up business glossaries, data domains, ownership and stewardship workflows
• Troubleshoot scanner, lineage and permission issues
• Run workshops and training, and drive user adoption
• Prepare design documents, standards and user guides

What you bring

• 4–7 years of experience in data governance, metadata management or data catalog work
• Hands-on experience with Informatica EDC and Axon , plus CDGC/IDMC exposure (a strong plus)
• Basic to intermediate Informatica Administration (users, roles, permissions)
• Strong understanding of metadata, data lineage and data governance concepts
• Good SQL skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Informatica certifications (Data Governance, Catalog, IDMC, Data Quality)
• Informatica Data Quality, PowerCenter or IICS
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, and regulations such as GDPR or PDPL
• Consulting background
