# MET Region - Delivery Excellence Management **Concentrix** · 34975 Adalar · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs. - Monitor delivery performance across projects/teams and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain governance models to ensure compliance with delivery standards and SLAs. - Collaborate with delivery and project teams to support execution excellence. - Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for delivery issues or customer escalations. - Lead delivery audits and implement action plans based on audit findings. - Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build a culture of delivery excellence. - Partner with quality assurance, operations, and customer success teams to align strategies. - Leverage data analytics to provide insights on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 8-10+ years of work experience. - Minimum 12 months of experience in Concentrix. - 4+ years of experience in roles such as project delivery, talent acquisition, quality assurance, or operational excellence. - Minimum “Successful” rate in the last performance appraisal - Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, etc.). - Proven experience in reporting and analytical tasks, process improvement, quality standards, and performance metrics. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. - Minimum C1 level of English; excellence in written and verbal communication. - This role targets the candidates from Sr. Manager and Associate Director levels.
