Duties Identify and prospect potential merchants across various industries that accept credit card payments. Travel to trade shows in targeted industries to meet prospects and promote our services. Educate business owners on the benefits of merchant processing solutions tailored to their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for prospective clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new payment technologies to effectively position our offerings. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the payments or financial services industry, is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse business owners. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales. Ability to understand technical aspects of merchant processing solutions and convey their benefits clearly. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and continuous learning.
