This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fashion, accessories, watches, department store consignment, or multi-store retail operations . The position is suited for a strong merchandising professional who can analyze sales performance, manage inventory movement, coordinate with store teams, and help drive sales and profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandise Planning & Strategy - Develop and implement merchandising plans aligned with sales targets, customer demand, and market trends. - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, market movement, and product performance. - Forecast sales and inventory requirements to maintain proper stock levels. - Support product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. - Identify opportunities to improve product mix, sell-through, and profitability. Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts, slow-moving items, and overstocking. - Review inventory performance and recommend adjustments based on sales movement. - Coordinate with internal teams to support timely product delivery and replenishment. - Support inventory allocation and movement across stores. Store Execution & Visual Merchandising - Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising execution across retail stores. - Monitor store inventory and ensure alignment with merchandising plans. - Work closely with store teams to implement merchandising standards and guidelines. - Check store execution and recommend improvements when needed. Sales Performance & Business Support - Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support revenue targets. - Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. - Recommend merchandising actions to drive sales growth and profitability. - Prepare reports and updates on product movement, inventory performance, and sales results. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field . - At least 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, product planning, category management, or related retail roles. - Experience in department store consignment or multi-store retail operations is an advantage. - Exposure to fashion, accessories, watches, lifestyle products, or global retail brands is an advantage. - Supervisory exposure or experience coordinating with store teams is an advantage. - Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills. - Good understanding of product assortment, inventory movement, pricing, promotions, and store execution. - Strong visual merchandising sense and attention to product presentation. - Good communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. - Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Must be based in Manila or willing to work onsite in Binondo . - Can start immediately or within a reasonable notice period.
