Review sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to provide recommendations on product selection and assortment planning. Track inventory status, product performance, and production schedules to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support the timely launch of products. Generate and maintain reports related to purchasing, sales, and inventory management. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, or a similar role. Solid understanding of merchandise planning and inventory control principles. Strong sense of fashion and knowledge of current industry and consumer trends. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, communication, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Background in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry is an advantage.
