What You Will Do - Merchandise Planning & Assortment – Lead seasonal merchandise planning by analysing previous sales, customer demand and market trends to develop the right product assortment, SKU quantities and price points. - Sales Forecasting & Budget Management – Prepare sales and demand forecasts while ensuring purchases are aligned with approved OTB budgets, price structures and SKU limits. - Inventory & Stock Management – Monitor inventory performance, stock rotation, aging stock and delivery schedules, taking timely action to maintain healthy stock levels. What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. - Relevant experience in Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Category Management, Buying & Merchandising or related fields. - Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear, accessories or retail will be an advantage. - Strong understanding of assortment planning, SKU planning, sales forecasting and inventory management. - Experience managing merchandise budgets / OTB will be an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong project management and multitasking skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
