Manage the success of the brands through developing and driving seasonal business strategies that meet or exceed company's financial goals. Prioritize tasks to meet cross-functional expectations and ensure resource efficiency and effectiveness. Take a leading role in delivering high-quality, trend-right, profitable merchandise: right place, right time, right quantities, right price. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business/management or fashion related discipline 7-10 years of merchandising experience At least 4 years of management experience Strong retail math acumen Possesses a clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them Creates an environment in which the team is provided the support and direction to drive results Formulates long-term strategies and implements short-term tactical plans that are cost-effective, efficient and realistic Has a broad global mindset – and is able to navigate effectively across different cultures. Demonstrates knowledge of the brand aesthetic , target customer and of product trends. Demonstrates negotiation skills that secure beneficial outcomes. Demonstrates smart risk-taking in business and product strategies. Possesses strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills. Defends and sells a point of view to both peers and upper management. Analyzes a problem skillfully, formulates a logical rationale for the decision and takes action. Is aware of the impact and implications of decisions on other components of the organization. Demonstrates smart risk-taking. Sets standard for and leads a team environment that promotes collaboration and high performance. Possesses basic knowledge of international production processes. International merchandising experience preferred. Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to any countries as designated by your job duties or by your manager.
