This role prioritizes supplier operations, factory sourcing, and vendor management , while requiring full ownership of end-to-end client project management from sample development through final production delivery. The ideal candidate will be handling factory evaluation and vendor negotiation, as well as a skilled project coordinator capable of handling fashion accounts on schedule, within budget, and delivered to specification. Key Responsibilities Identify, audit, and onboard new factories, mills, and suppliers based on capacity, pricing, compliance, and production quality. Conduct on-site factory evaluations, facility inspections, quality control audits, and technical capabilities assessments. Onboard approved vendors into CRM, maintaining complete data on capacities, certifications, MOQs, lead times, and unit costs. Build strong, long-term working relationships with global manufacturers, managing daily factory communication and resolving supply chain bottlenecks. Take full ownership of client projects by managing timelines, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and cross-team execution from sample development to final shipment. Serve as the operational project manager for client accounts, providing regular project updates, price quotes, production status reports, and timeline management. Anticipate production delays, supplier issues, or quality deviations early, implementing fast, effective project solutions to keep client deliverables on track. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing merchandising, apparel production, supplier management, and B2B project management. Proven track record of managing both factory sourcing networks and multi-phase client projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, factory audits, technical specifications, and vendor negotiation. Highly skilled in project tracking, timeline management, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel locally and regionally for factory audits, supplier meetings, and production oversight. Excellent written and spoken English skills; strong negotiation and account management capabilities. Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing tight client deadlines independently. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
