A licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEPF coordination within the construction or interior fit-out industry. Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Can work under pressure and with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. Must be amenable to work in Makati City. Willing to start ASAP! Job Description: Coordinate all MEPFs (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing/ Sanitary, Fire Protection Systems) works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. Review and coordinate MEPFs drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications with consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams. Monitor and supervise MEPFs installation works to ensure quality, and adherence to project schedules. Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and recommend practical engineering solutions. Coordinate material deliveries, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Assist in the preparation of progress reports and assist in project planning, scheduling, and overall site coordination. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
