The role ensures that all MEPFS works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and project requirements, while maintaining quality, safety, cost efficiency, and schedule compliance. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret MEPFS plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPFS systems on-site. Ensure all works comply with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship. Prepare material take-offs, estimates, and technical submittals. Evaluate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and method statements. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEPFS works. Identify and resolve technical issues and design conflicts on-site. Coordinate testing and commissioning of systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). Review and certify contractor progress billings related to MEPFS works. Ensure proper documentation of all MEPFS activities and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Licensed Engineer (PRC license or equivalent preferred). At least 2–5 years of experience in MEPFS works (construction or building services). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Familiarity with local building codes and international engineering standards. Experience in site supervision and coordination in construction projects.
