The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within assigned facilities. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems and equipment. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Perform routine checks of electrical panels, lighting systems, power outlets, pumps, motors, and other MEP equipment. Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including air-conditioning units and ventilation systems. Inspect and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures. Identify faults and breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns as assigned. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and building services to identify potential problems. Record maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and spare parts used. Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and safely. Coordinate with the Facility Management team and other technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and applicable facility management standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Facility Manager or MEP Supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements: Technical Diploma, ITI, Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or MEP . Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an MEP Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar position. Previous experience in facility management, commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, malls, or large facilities is preferred. Good practical knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance. Ability to diagnose technical faults and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, manuals, and equipment instructions. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties when required. Work Location: In person
