Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related equipment and system issues. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Carry out routine checks and respond to maintenance requirements. Coordinate with the maintenance and engineering teams. Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities. Follow company safety procedures and applicable standards. Requirements: Technical diploma or relevant MEP qualification. Previous experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in an industrial or commercial environment. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
