Job Title: Senior MEP Technical Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Technical Manager to oversee technical coordination, design review, and execution of MEP systems across construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all technical aspects of MEP works across assigned projects.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved designs, and relevant authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage design coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil/architectural disciplines.
• Review technical designs and identify design conflicts, discrepancies, and potential improvements.
• Oversee MEP design changes, value engineering, and technical solutions.
• Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and project milestones to ensure timely progress.
• Provide technical guidance and support to MEP project teams and engineers.
• Ensure quality standards and technical requirements are maintained throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years UAE high rise construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in MEP technical management within the construction industry.
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, design coordination, and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in reviewing MEP drawings, technical submittals, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
