MEP Supervisor

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
• UAE experience is preferred and driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily MEP site activities to ensure work aligns with project specs and approved drawings.
• Lead, assign daily tasks to, and monitor the productivity of MEP technicians and external subcontractors.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting guidance for complex mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and execution of HVAC, plumbing and electrical works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and work delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site activities.
• Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with UAE regulations.
