The role requires strong site execution experience, manpower coordination, and the ability to work closely with civil, architectural, QA/QC, and project teams. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the execution of MEP works at site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. - Manage daily activities of MEP technicians, workers, and subcontractors. - Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP services. - Ensure MEP installations are executed according to approved shop drawings and project requirements. - Coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural activities to avoid clashes and delays. - Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP activities. - Coordinate with MEP Engineers, QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors. - Ensure proper installation, testing, and completion of MEP works. - Identify site issues and coordinate with the MEP Engineer for timely resolution. - Monitor daily progress and report work status to the concerned Engineer. - Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements. - Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in MEP construction. - Experience in luxury villas / high-end residential projects is highly preferred. - Main contracting experience is mandatory. - Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works. - Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications. - Strong manpower and subcontractor coordination skills. - UAE construction experience is preferred. - Good communication and site coordination skills.
