The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works , with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily MEP installation activities at construction sites. Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other MEP works. Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site. Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily site progress. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality. Identify and resolve site coordination issues, MEP clashes, and installation problems. Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PPE, and construction site safety procedures. Prepare daily progress, manpower, and site activity reports. Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure timely completion of MEP works according to project requirements. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering , or a related technical field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor/Site Supervisor in building construction. Strong hands-on experience in MEP construction projects. Experience with villas, residential buildings, commercial projects, or high-rise buildings is preferred. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and shop drawings. Previous experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Bahrain construction experience is a must. Candidates must be currently available in Bahrain . Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with primarily maintenance/facilities experience and no strong construction background may not be suitable. Work Location: In person
