The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP site activities for villa and high-rise building projects , ensuring that works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities and installation works. Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection works. Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and coordination drawings. Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. Supervise MEP subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and work progress. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of MEP installations. Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site coordination problems. Coordinate MEP testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities. Review material requirements, method statements, inspection requests, and technical submissions. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable Bahrain construction regulations. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site HSE procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field . 3–7 years of relevant MEP construction/site experience . Strong hands-on experience in building construction projects. Experience in villa and/or high-rise building projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications. Experience supervising subcontractors and site installation teams. Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE procedures. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and MS Office is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills. Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred. Candidate Preference Must be currently available in Bahrain. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with strong Bahrain construction experience will be given priority. Experience with high-rise buildings and large villa projects is an advantage. Work Location: In person
