The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across project sites. The role requires ensuring all MEP installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and UAE authority regulations. Experience in real estate and hospitality projects will be a strong advantage. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across project sites. The role requires ensuring all MEP installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and UAE authority regulations. Experience in real estate and hospitality projects will be a strong advantage. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MEP Execution & Supervision Supervise and monitor all MEP works, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and report any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager. Coordination & Technical Support Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review MEP shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and resolve site-related technical issues. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates and technical support. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. 5 to 8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer. Proven experience in real estate projects. Hospitality project experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems. Good understanding of UAE construction practices and authority regulations, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and DEWA. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
