The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and inspect MEP installation works at site. Prepare and implement ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures . Review shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications. Raise and coordinate IRs/WIRs and MIRs with consultants. Conduct inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems . Identify quality issues and manage NCRs and corrective actions . Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers. Monitor testing, commissioning, and quality documentation. Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test certificates, and QA/QC records. Support preparation of handover, as-built, and QA/QC dossiers . Requirements Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering . Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction . Strong knowledge of MEP installation and inspection procedures. Experience working with consultants and contractors. Good understanding of ITPs, MIRs, IRs/WIRs, NCRs, Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation . Good communication and coordination skills. UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
