The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure the quality of MEP installation works at site. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection requirements. Conduct inspections and coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) with consultants. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, and inspection records. Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications and approved materials. Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Assist in preparing and closing NCRs, observations, and punch lists . Conduct inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. Maintain quality records and support project audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 8-10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects. UAE construction experience preferred. Good knowledge of MEP installation standards, specifications, and inspection procedures. Experience with QA/QC documentation and consultant coordination. Strong communication and coordination skills. Work Location: In person
