Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage MEP works across construction projects. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background are preferred. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP construction, project execution, team management, and coordination, preferably within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all MEP project activities from commencement to completion.
• Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting works.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, budgets, and project schedules.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Monitor project costs and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE authority requirements and project approvals.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP construction and project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred .
• Strong experience managing MEP works in building construction projects.
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement coordination, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, project specifications, quality control, and HSE requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
