# MEP Project Manager **Prescott Real Estate Development** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 23 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### Top Skills & Match 🎯 **Ключевой стек роли:** `[Project Manager]` --- ### About the Role MEP Project Manager – Contracting Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute MEP works in line with the project programme, drawings and specifications - Lead MEP site engineers, supervisors, foremen and labour teams - Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including scope, performance and payments - Drive procurement of MEP materials and equipment, tracking long-lead items to protect the programme - Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and inspection requests - Coordinate MEP works with civil and finishing trades to avoid clashes and delays - Obtain authority approvals and inspections from DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat/du and district cooling providers - Monitor MEP costs, manpower and productivity, and prepare variations and claims with the QS team - Lead testing and commissioning, snag closure and handover documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals) - Enforce HSE and quality standards on site - Report progress, look-aheads and risks to senior management Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 10+ years of MEP experience with a contractor, including at least 5 years as Project Manager - Proven delivery of high-rise residential or mixed-use projects in the UAE - Strong hands-on knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and inspections - Experience managing subcontractors, site manpower and procurement - Commercially sharp on variations, claims and cost control Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
