The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering MEP works across construction projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee all MEP site activities from project commencement to final handover. - Plan, execute, and monitor project progress in accordance with approved schedules and contractual requirements. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. - Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, and method statements. - Manage procurement, material delivery, manpower planning, equipment, and subcontractor activities. - Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, claims, and contractual obligations. - Ensure proper coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other building services works. - Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site coordination issues. - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and relevant authority regulations. - Monitor testing and commissioning, inspections, snagging, and final project handover. - Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management. - Lead and supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, foremen, and site teams to achieve project targets.
