MEP Project Manager (10–15 Years Experience)

We are a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major MEP projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, proven project leadership capabilities and a successful track record of delivering large-scale MEP projects within the UAE/GCC construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of MEP projects from commencement through testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement activities and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, costs and performance against approved targets, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead site teams and provide technical and commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in MEP project management, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale MEP projects within the UAE/GCC construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, cost control, procurement, contract administration and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.

Compensation: Monthly Salary of AED 25,000 - 30,000 per month , depending on qualifications, relevant experience and suitability for the role.
