MEP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented MEP Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all MEP project activities from commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material procurement, and site resources.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and other technical documents.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, variations, and contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE requirements, and UAE authority regulations.
• Lead project engineers and site teams to achieve project milestones and completion targets.
• Attend progress meetings and prepare regular project reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP contracting, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
• Good understanding of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority requirements.
• Able to handle Multi-projects.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• UAE Driving Licence
• Immediate availability will be preferred.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
