The candidate will be responsible for managing MEP projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate MEP works across construction projects. Plan, monitor, and control project progress, resources, and manpower. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Ensure MEP works are completed as per approved drawings and standards. Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and site activities. Lead and supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, and site teams. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with HSE and project quality requirements. Prepare and submit project reports and progress updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in MEP construction/project management. Strong experience in managing MEP works for high-rise/commercial/residential projects . Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP systems. UAE construction experience is required. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines. Work Location: In person
