# MEP Procurement Engineer **HTL Electromechanical Contracting LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP materials and services that align with project requirements. - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish contracts to ensure the best value for the company. - Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines, ensuring alignment in procurement activities. - Review and analye supplier proposals and quotations, providing recommendations based on quality, price, and delivery schedules. - Maintain accurate procurement records, tracking order status and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new products that can benefit the projects. - Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues regarding delivery, quality, or service performance as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer, preferably within the MEP sector of the construction industry. - Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build fruitful relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. - Excellent understanding of procurement processes and market dynamics related to MEP materials and services. - Proficient in relevant software applications and tools for procurement management and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary: AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
