MEP Operations & Logistic Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager – MEP to join our team and oversee the planning, coordination, and management of logistics activities for our MEP projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the transportation and delivery of MEP materials and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely material deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and manage the storage and distribution of materials. Prepare and maintain logistics schedules, delivery records, and reports. Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of MEP materials and equipment. Coordinate material requirements with procurement and site teams. Manage warehouse operations and logistics personnel. Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements. Resolve logistics issues and delays to minimize disruption to project operations. Must be familiar with ducting and mechanical materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred) At least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably in MEP (specifically Mechanical and Ducting materials) Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and site logistics. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or inventory management systems.
