MEP Manager - AIDC Project

Job Description

Our client, a multinational construction and development company, is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the MEP scope of an AIDC-class / smart warehouse project .

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP management from detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, through project handover.
• Manage MEP systems including power supply, electrical and control systems, communication, data networks, automation, and intelligent identification systems.
• Coordinate with design consultants, equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and technical service providers.
• Review MEP drawings, method statements, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee critical MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and site activities.
• Manage MEP schedule, quality, safety, cost, and technical issues throughout project execution.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces with other disciplines and resolve technical issues on site.
• Review MEP-related variations, site instructions, claims, and final account/settlement.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, project completion, handover, O&M documentation, and user training.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian construction, electrical, safety, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP, Automation Engineering, or related field .
• AIDC project experience is a MUST. Candidates without AIDC project experience will not be considered.
• Proven experience managing MEP for complete AIDC-class projects .
• Experience with AIDC, smart warehouse, automated logistics, automated production lines, data acquisition/transmission, or intelligent identification systems .
• Strong understanding of the integration between AIDC/automation systems and conventional MEP systems .
• Proven experience in MEP design, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong project coordination, technical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia .
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site throughout the project and work overtime during critical project phases.
