# Mep inspector **Modular Design Engineering Consultants** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role · Conduct daily on sites-checks of mechanical, electrical and plumbing and to verify the installation as per local and international codes. · Conduct material delivery, installation inspections as per approved shop drawings and complying local authorities regulations. · Well aware about Dubai building codes, Dubai municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, Dubai civil defense, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC and other relevant authorities regulations · Witness system testing, flushing, balancing, and pressure tests. · Conduct FAT as per approved materials and SAT during material delivery. · Review shop drawings, material submittals and inspection requests submitted by contractor. · Attend weekly and technical site meetings. · Raise NCR for defects, monitor corrective actions and enforce site safety rules. Requirements and Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering · Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai as MEP inspector Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
