# MEP HR RECRUITER **Emac Electromechanical LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role MEP HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for MEP engineering, project, technical, commercial and site positions . - Understand manpower requirements from HR, Project Managers, Division Heads and Management. - Prepare and publish job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, company social media and other recruitment portals. - Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, recruitment agencies and direct headhunting. - Screen CVs based on UAE experience, MEP contracting background, project exposure, qualifications and job-specific requirements . - Shortlist candidates with relevant experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, QA/QC, Planning, QS, Procurement and Project Management . - Conduct initial HR screening interviews covering experience, salary, notice period, visa status, location and joining availability. - Coordinate technical interviews with concerned Managers and Division Heads. - Maintain proper interview schedules and ensure timely candidate follow-up. - Conduct reference checks and verify employment history where required. - Coordinate salary negotiations and obtain internal approval before issuing offers. - Prepare and issue offer letters and employment confirmation documents. - Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize candidate dropouts. - Coordinate with HR/Admin/PRO teams for visa processing, documentation and onboarding. - Maintain recruitment trackers showing open positions, shortlisted candidates, interview status, offers, joining dates and vacancies closed . - Monitor recruitment deadlines and ensure critical project positions are filled on time. - Maintain a ready database of qualified MEP candidates for future requirements. - Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies for bulk or overseas manpower requirements. - Ensure agencies submit candidates strictly as per approved job descriptions and experience criteria. - Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews and bulk hiring when required. - Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information. - Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy and applicable UAE requirements. - Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management. - Track recruitment performance including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, joining ratio and source effectiveness . - Coordinate closely with project teams to understand upcoming manpower requirements and plan recruitment in advance. - Ensure all recruitment records, CVs, interview evaluations and approvals are properly documented. Role Summary: The MEP HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, selecting and onboarding suitable candidates for MEP projects, ensuring vacancies are filled with qualified candidates within the required timeline and budget.
