(SWI) 3) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration. 4) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings. 5) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price 6) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement. 7) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification. Job Type: Full-time Experience: MEP Estimation: 3 years (Required) Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience: MEP ESTIMATION: 3 years (Required) Location: Al-Ayn (Required) Work Location: In person
