Responsibilities: Lead and manage the MEP execution and delivery of industrial, warehouse, and factory projects. Ensure all MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards . Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Supervise site execution, progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover of MEP systems. Lead and coordinate MEP teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Review project requirements, identify technical issues, and coordinate timely solutions. Monitor project costs, budgets, material requirements, and commercial aspects of MEP works. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications . Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . 8+ years’ experience in a senior MEP role. Proven experience in industrial, warehouse, and factory projects . Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems . Experience in execution, testing, commissioning, and handover . Strong team, subcontractor, and client/consultant management skills. Good commercial and budget management skills. UAE experience preferred . Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: UAE construction: 1 year (Required) Language: English and Hindi (Required) License/Certification: HR Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
