The candidate will be responsible for MEP design, technical coordination, site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of projects. Key Responsibilities MEP Design & Coordination Prepare and review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, proposals, reports, and technical documents for landscape, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature projects. Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and integrated MEP systems . Design and coordinate pool pumps, filtration systems, piping, drainage, equipment, and associated services . Develop MEP requirements for fountains, waterfalls, ponds, water features, and related systems . Coordinate MEP designs with landscape, architectural, structural, and civil drawings . Review technical designs and recommend practical solutions based on project requirements. Assist with BOQs, material selection, equipment specifications, technical evaluations, and project budgets . Site Execution & Technical Coordination Monitor MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements . Conduct regular site inspections and identify and resolve technical or operational issues. Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and site teams . Visit project sites to monitor construction activities, Pay: AED2,665.76 - AED10,984.11 per month Work Location: In person
