# MEP Engineer **Coral Supplies & Interiors LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, supervision, and completion of MEP works for interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams to ensure MEP works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works for interior fit-out projects. Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ, material submittals, and shop drawings. Coordinate MEP services with architectural, interior design, structural, and joinery works. Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and other MEP systems as applicable. Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of MEP works. Coordinate with consultants and obtain necessary approvals for materials, shop drawings, inspections, and installations. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents . Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of MEP works. Identify and resolve site coordination issues, clashes, and technical problems. Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed according to the approved programme. Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable UAE standards. Attend site meetings and coordinate technical matters with the Project Manager, consultant, client, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain inspection requests, testing and commissioning records, as-built drawings, and other project documentation. Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems and coordinate final handover requirements. Monitor MEP materials and equipment requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams. Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements and safe working practices at site. Assist in preparing project estimates, variations, technical quotations, and MEP-related cost information when required. Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements. Support the Project Manager in achieving project completion, quality, cost, and schedule targets. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering . Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP works, preferably within interior fit-out, commercial, retail, hospitality, or office projects . UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Good knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning. Experience in coordinating MEP works with interior fit-out and architectural works. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and relevant codes and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of BIM/Revit and other relevant software is an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
