MEP Engineer
New Projects implementations
o Plan and oversee the design, and installation activities of the MEP works in new projects.
o Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, HVAC, electricity, firefighting systems, plumbing, etc.).
o Ensure that project delivery aligns with the agreed scope of work and quality standards.
o Perform regular site inspections for all assigned projects to ensure that quality standards are met.
o Provide technical advice to the installation team when and as required.
o Plan project activities, deliverables, deadlines, and assign technical teams to deliver projects on time.
o Communicate with consultants and prepare necessary documentation based on-site requirements.
o Evaluate the subcontractor’s performance, provide feedback, and escalate any concerns to the management.
o Liaise with the Design, civil and IT team related to any refurbishment, renovation, fitout, new construction projects.
o Manage the relationships with consultants, contractors, and service provider.
Maintenance of premises
o Manage the relation with facility management companies including selection, price negotiation, contracts, and payments.
o Coordinate with the Executive Director to get necessary approvals on the hiring, selection and payments of facility management companies.
o Liaise with the Finance department for the facility management payments.
o Conduct annual maintenance inspections, service repairs on the assigned premises and monitor the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire alarm & security systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
o Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
o Ensure all work areas meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Reporting & project management
o Provide regular reports on all projects’ progress, projects’ update, expenses update, and payments to the Executive Director.
o Handles and deliver assigned tasks/projects by the Executive Director.
o Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
