Supervise and coordinate electrical MEP works at the project site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Review electrical shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and technical documents before and during execution. Coordinate electrical works with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, civil, architectural, and other MEP services. Ensure electrical installations are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. Monitor daily site activities and ensure works are progressing according to the approved project programme. Prepare and follow up on WIRs, MIRs, inspection requests, material approvals, and other project documentation. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical and site-related issues. Check material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of materials. Identify site constraints, clashes, and design issues and coordinate for necessary resolutions. Supervise testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical systems. Ensure proper installation of electrical containment, conduits, wiring, cable trays, DBs, panels, lighting, small power, earthing, and other electrical systems. Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved method statements and safety requirements. Maintain proper records of site progress, inspections, materials, and technical issues. Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and quantity measurements. Coordinate with the drafting/engineering team for required drawing revisions and site changes. Support the project team in achieving project targets, quality requirements, and timely completion. Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
