The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting and should be familiar with preparing detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Prepare drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and related MEP systems. Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate MEP requirements. Develop accurate plans, sections, layouts, details, and schematic drawings. Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other services to avoid clashes. Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and project changes. Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site installation. Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and applicable standards. Assist engineers and site teams with technical drawing requirements and site-related revisions. Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and approvals. Support the project team in resolving drawing and coordination issues. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of Dubai/UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman. Strong experience in MEP drafting and construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit MEP/BIM will be an advantage. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage layouts. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
