The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fit-out projects and be capable of handling MEP design and coordination from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare MEP design drawings for interior fit-out projects Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other MEP layouts Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and interior design drawings Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation Coordinate with site teams, consultants and other disciplines Review drawings and resolve design/coordination issues Ensure designs comply with project specifications and relevant UAE standards Support project teams during execution and site coordination Requirements 3+ years of MEP design experience Interior fit-out experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP Experience in shop drawings and MEP coordination UAE experience preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Work Location: In person
