They ensure technical accuracy, budget adherence, and compliance with high-uptime standards, acting as the technical authority for complex infrastructure. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Design Oversight: Directs all MEP design phases, including detailed design and shop drawings. Technical Expertise: Provides expertise in critical facility infrastructure (power, cooling, fire protection). Coordination: Ensures seamless integration of MEP systems with structural and architectural elements. Project Management: Manages design schedules, budgets, risk, and value engineering. Collaboration: Liaises with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent aligns with construction. Quality & Safety: Ensures installations meet strict quality standards and safety regulations Preferences: Experience: Requires 8–10+ years in MEP project delivery, with experience in mission-critical data centers. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
