# MEP Design Engineer **Golden art Interior decoration LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role A Dubai-based Interior Fit-Out company is looking for an experienced MEP & Architectural Designer who can independently handle Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, and Architectural drawings for interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare complete MEP shop drawings including: Electrical HVAC / Mechanical Plumbing & Drainage Prepare Architectural fit-out drawings , including layouts, sections, elevations, details, and joinery drawings. Coordinate Architectural, MEP, consultant, and site requirements to ensure drawings are properly integrated. Carry out Electrical Load Calculations, Heat Load Calculations , and other basic MEP calculations. Assist with HVAC equipment and system selection based on project requirements. Review existing drawings and site conditions and prepare necessary modifications. Handle drawing submissions, revisions, authority/consultant comments, and technical coordination during project execution. Coordinate with site teams and provide technical support whenever required. Requirements 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction projects. Strong practical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, and Architectural design and drafting . Candidate should be capable of independently preparing and coordinating MEP + Architectural drawings . Good knowledge of UAE/Dubai standards, codes, and authority requirements . Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Ability to understand site conditions and coordinate drawings with actual site requirements. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification is required. Good technical coordination and problem-solving skills. Candidates with hands-on UAE fit-out experience will be given preference. Salary Starting from AED 2,500/- per month , depending on experience, technical skills, and performance.
