The successful candidate will coordinate between MEP engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and civil/architectural teams to ensure smooth execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily MEP activities with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting installations. Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and coordination layouts. Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works. Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and installation activities. Coordinate MEP subcontractors and technicians. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings. Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. Follow up on material requirements and site requirements. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable construction standards. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field. 3–5+ years of relevant MEP construction/coordination experience. Strong building construction experience is required. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple site teams. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/BIM is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred. Must be currently available in Bahrain. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Work Location: In person
