MEP Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team immediately . The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across project sites, The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all MEP-related activities in line with project requirements
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure proper coordination between Operational Manager, Project Manager ,Consultant and Client representative
• Liaise with consultants, Client, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution
• Monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Attend coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress review meetings
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and company standards
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Coordinator in construction projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Experience in reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit or Navisworks is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidates must be available to join immediately

• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
