# MEP Coordination Draftsmen **Universal bim & cad technical services llc** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING | MEP COORDINATION DRAFTSMAN Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC-Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 3–5 Years UAE Experience Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred ROLE OVERVIEW Universal BIM is looking for an experienced MEP Coordination Draftsman with strong knowledge of multidisciplinary MEP coordination and construction drawings for UAE projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare detailed MEP Coordination, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings and As-Built Drawings . Coordinate HVAC, Chilled Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, Electrical and ELV services . Develop coordinated MEP layouts, sections, elevations and installation details. Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural drawings . Identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and architectural/structural elements. Prepare coordinated ceiling, plant room, shaft and service-area layouts. Coordinate ductwork, piping, cable trays, conduits and other MEP installations . Review MEP drawings and models to identify conflicts before site execution. Incorporate consultant comments, site changes, RFIs and coordination requirements . Prepare builder’s work drawings and opening requirements for MEP services. Coordinate equipment locations, access clearances and service connections. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and update drawings accordingly. Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams. Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on actual site installation. Maintain drawing revisions, references and documentation as per project requirements. Ensure coordinated drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements and UAE standards . CANDIDATE PROFILE 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP coordination/drafting. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD . Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, Electrical and ELV services . Experience in MEP shop drawings and multidisciplinary coordination. Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural and structural drawings. Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and consultant requirements. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
