MEP Construction Manager - High Rise Building Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP execution for building construction projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Lead site teams and ensure timely project delivery within contractual requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, variations, and technical submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of MEP project management experience in building construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience managing MEP works for residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
• Sound knowledge of local authority regulations, testing, commissioning, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
