The role will be responsible for site execution, manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, safety, progress, testing, commissioning and coordination with the project team. Oversee the installation and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP systems . Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements in line with the project schedule. Lead and manage MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and site manpower. Monitor daily and weekly MEP progress and ensure planned targets are achieved. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and other project disciplines. Ensure materials, equipment and resources are available on time to avoid delays to MEP activities. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and compliance with project requirements. Review and resolve technical, site and coordination issues affecting MEP works. Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, approved quality standards and applicable authority regulations. Coordinate inspections with Consultants and ensure timely closure of comments, observations and NCRs. Monitor manpower productivity, material consumption and wastage to maintain project efficiency. Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural and other trades to avoid clashes and delays. Support the preparation and implementation of recovery plans where project progress is behind schedule. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems. Monitor snagging, rectification and final handover activities. Provide regular MEP progress updates, manpower reports and site status reports to the Project Manager. Support project management in identifying potential risks, delays and resource requirements. Ensure proper coordination and communication between the site MEP team, subcontractors, consultants and project management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . Minimum 10–12 years of relevant MEP construction experience , preferably in large-scale MEP projects in the UAE. Strong experience in MEP installation, construction, testing, commissioning and handover . Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV and related MEP systems. Experience managing Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors and site manpower. Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements and site execution. Good understanding of HSE, QA/QC, testing and commissioning requirements. Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and relevant MEP standards . Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple MEP activities and priorities simultaneously. Good written and spoken English. Valid UAE Driving License . Work Location: In person
