Duties Engage with customers warmly, providing expert advice on menswear styles, fits, and current trends to enhance their shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations and showcase new arrivals or featured collections to encourage interest and upselling opportunities. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining attractive merchandising standards to maximize product visibility. Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts while handling cash drawers accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring each shopper feels valued and understood. Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, supporting training on product knowledge and sales techniques as needed. Skills Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on menswear or fashion; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous. Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, cash handling, and retail transactions. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and stock management procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, inventory counts, and sales reporting. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
